How to Register for and Participate in the Regular Programmes
• Registration for the regular programmes is possible via online registration or at the Vendor Points indicated on the homepage.
• Registration for the programmes is possible within the indicated registration period or the number of available participation places. In the event of registering after the deadline or after all participation places are taken, registration will not be accepted.
• Payment is possible online by Pay Pal or at the Vendor Points by cash, bank card, or Hungarian recreation voucher - depending on the Vendor Point.
• Participation on a regular programme is possible with a voucher (participation ticket) only. Guests may print out their voucher by clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail after having paid the participation fee.
• At the Vendor Point, Guests may receive their voucher from Vendor after having paid the participation fee.
• Participants must leave the voucher on program venue with their program leader.
• The voucher (participation ticket) includes a program description and indicates meeting point, program leader’s contact data, participation fee, participation rules, Participant’s name and program date.
• Programmes registered and paid for cannot be cancelled.
• Due to vis major reasons (such as heavy rains, snow, floods, mosquito invasion etc.), some of the programmes may be cancelled. Programmes may be cancelled due to these and similar reasons only. This is communicated towards the Guests by the Vendor, furthermore the Travel Agency informs about this condition in the program description. In case of cancellation participation fee will be refunded to Customer.
• Programmes registered for can be cancelled by Guests in special cases only (such as illness, accident etc.) and only on the same venue where they were registered for. In this case, participation fee shall be refunded to the Guest.
• In the event of missing the program out of the Guest’s mistake, the participation fee shall not be refunded by neither the Travel Agency nor the Vendor point.
• Please mind the information given in the column ‘Good to Know’.
• Please note that all Guests participate at their own risk.
• In the event of being late for the meeting dates, the Program Leader may wait for the Guests for a maximum of 10 minutes. For any financial losses or cancellation of program arising from exceeding this time limit has to be responded for by the Guest. Guest may not turn to Travel Agency or Program Leader with any claim of damage.
