Travel Contract

Normative regulations for the regular programs organized by Travel Organizer are the Hungarian Civil Code, the provisions of governmental regulation 281/2008. (XI.28.) on travel contracts, the contents of present contract, furthermore the contents of the Voucher (in the following: participation ticket).

(in the following: The Agency) on one side and The Traveler – according to the voucher (in the contract attachment) on the other side with following conditions:

Travel contract is closed after Traveler or their representative (person in charge or person entitled) has booked the regular program online or in one of the vendor points; after the registration system has registering the booking; and after the full participation fee has been paid.

Date, venue, detailed description of the program; definition, quality, delivery and payment of services are indicated in the program leaflet, on the homepage as well as on the participation ticket.

Participation fee includes: price of the program services, organizational costs of the Agency and VAT.

Participation fee does not include travel insurance; except the case when the detailed program description or the information on the homepage indicates this condition.

Traveler must not cancel the program they booked and paid for; except in special cases (such as illness, accident) and only on the same venue they have booked the program. In this case, program price shall be refunded in cash on the booking venue or in case of online payment (PayPal) via bank transfer.

Due to vis major reasons (such as heavy rains, snow, floods, mosquito invasion etc.), some of the programs may be cancelled. Programs may be cancelled due to these and similar reasons only. This is communicated towards the Guests by the Vendor, furthermore the Agency informs about this condition in the program description. In case of cancellation participation fee will be refunded to Customer in cash on the venue of registration or in case of online payment (PayPal) via bank transfer.

In the event of missing the program out of the Guest’s mistake, the participation fee shall be refunded by neither the Agency nor the Vendor point.

In the event of being late for the meeting dates, the Program Leader may wait for the Guests for a maximum of 10 minutes. Any financial losses or cancellation of program arising from exceeding this time limit has to be responded for by the Guest. Guest may not turn to Agency or Program Leader with any claim of damage.

Vendor does not take over responsibility for the carrying out of the programs they sold or the services it contains; Traveler can make their claims hereof towards the Agency or its service partners.

Contracting partners hereby record that leaving the participation voucher with the Program Leader of the given event is a prerequisite for participation in the program.

Guest must pay the program price indicated on the participation voucher as an inseparable attachment of present Contract; furthermore by signing the participation voucher Guest agrees to present Travel Contract.

In case of litigated issues arising from the regular programs offered by Agency the parties shall strive at a consensus.

In case of a lacking consensus parties shall defer to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court authorized at Agency’s headquarters.
